Faux Crankypants Longies

Matching faux crankies for a friend of mine for her 5 yr old and 2 yr old daughters. I asked Amy of Crankypants about knitting these and she said it is fine to knit them for my children or friends as gifts as long as I'm not knitting them to sell them. These were knit using Bernat Acrylic yarn because my friend does not want to handwash wool for a 2 yr old and 5 yr old. These were some large longies! The 5 yr old pair had a 17" inseam and the 2 yr old pair had a 12 3/4" inseam! The yarn looks black on my monitor but it is really a nice deep chocolate brown, sage green, pink and cream.

Rainbow Skirtie

This skirtie was a lot of fun to knit! It turned out so girly with the ruffles at the bottom! I dyed the rainbow yarn one day when I was tinkering around dyeing yarn. The red is a 3 ply merino from a local hobby store.
